Day 1: Departure from Avinashi
- 8:00 PM: Your journey begins at RR Hotel, Avinashi, Coimbatore. Pilgrims are requested to report at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process. The boarding process includes verifying your booking details and assigning your sleeper berth in the AC Sleeper Bus.
- Overnight Journey: The overnight journey to Tirupati begins as the bus departs from Avinashi. During the journey, you can relax in your comfortable sleeper berth, enjoy the onboard amenities, and get a good night’s sleep in preparation for the day ahead.
Day 2: Temple Visits

- Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation, preponement, or postponement of the package is not allowed as per the guidelines of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). The ticket is non-transferable, and no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation. - Reporting Time:
Pilgrims are required to report at their chosen boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. This allows for a smooth boarding process and ensures that the journey begins on time. - ID Proof:
Pilgrims must carry original ID proof, such as a Pan Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, or Ration Card, during the journey. This is mandatory for verification purposes at various points during the pilgrimage. - Dress Code:
